New Issue - Pricoa sells $300 mln in floaters
Aug 27 (Reuters) - Pricoa Global Funding I, a unit of the U.S. insurer Prudential Financial Inc (PRU.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), on Wednesday sold $300 million of floating-rate notes in the 144a private placement market, said market sources.
Credit Suisse was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
