BARCELONA, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Vivendi (VIV.PA) could decide to sell its 20 percent stake in U.S. media company NBC Universal in the next two to three weeks, the head of Europe's largest entertainment group said on Thursday.
But he remained tight-lipped on speculation it is looking to buy Digital Plus, the pay-TV platform being sold by Spanish group Prisa (PRS.MC).
"We do not want to comment on the process. We did not say we were interested, we did not say we were not," Chief Executive Officer Jean-Bernard Levy told the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecoms conference on Thursday.
NBC Universal is majority owned by General Electric (GE.N).
Vivendi shares fell 0.7 percent to 20 euros.
